TSAHC provides fixed rate mortgage financing, down payment assistance grants and liens, as well as mortgage credit certificates for teachers, police officers, corrections officers, fire fighters, veterans, EMS personnel, and low to moderate income households. Their home buyer programs are open to all home buyers.
